The small sanctuary, perhaps dating back to the XV century, is situated in the proximity of the San Gavino Church.
It has a rectangular plan with a main aisle and two naves with apse space and a pitched roof that externally defines its main aisle and two nave profile, with the small ribbed bell tower beside with a single lancet window.
